Graveside Service

A focused, intimate ceremony at the gravesite. Ideal for families who prefer a simple, meaningful committal. I will craft language that reflects your loved one’s personality, values, and the relationships they held dear.

Memorial Service

A complete service at a funeral home, place of worship, community space, or outdoor setting — followed by or combined with a graveside committal. Includes readings, responsive elements, personal tribute, and more.

Religious & Secular Options

I offer traditional faith-based services drawing on scripture and prayer, as well as fully secular celebrations of life centered on memory, legacy, and love. A blended approach is always welcome.

Masonic Funeral Oration

As a proud New Jersey Freemason and Past Master, I am honored to perform the Masonic Funeral Oration for my brethren who have laid down their working tools and have been raised by our Supreme Grand Master to enjoy fadeless light and immortal life.

This ancient and meaningful rite is offered with full respect for its traditions and with deep fraternal care. When performed as a service through a New Jersey masonic lodge, this masonic funeral oration is performed at no charge. Please contact Michael directly for more details.

We are happy to provide gentle guidance every step of the way. Planning a memorial in the midst of grief is hard. I make the process as easy and supportive as possible. From the first moment we make contact, I will be honored to assist you in helping to celebrate the life of your beloved departed.

Step One: Contact

Reach out by phone or email. There is no obligation. We will talk through what you are looking for and I will answer any questions you may have.

Step Two: Getting to Know Your Loved One

I will ask about the departed loved one — their personality, relationships, passions, and the moments that defined their life. The more you share, the more personal the service will be.

Step Three: Crafting the Ceremony

I write a fully customized service text for your review. You may suggest any changes. The ceremony reflects your family’s wishes, and honors the cherished departed.

Step Four: The Service

I arrive prepared, composed, and ready to deliver the ceremony with the sincerity and presence your family deserves. I am there to support you, not just to officiate.

Can we customize the ceremony or memorial service?

Absolutely. I will send you a copy of the service as far in advance as possible to give you the opportunity to make any changes you wish.

We are also very happy to have friends and family members participate appropriately in the service. We will work with you to find the best way for the bereaved to share in the memorial.

Do you offer support for obituary writing?

In times of grieving, we do not always have the objectivity required to proofread the text we are providing for an obituary. We are happy to assist with this process and to ensure your loved one’s obituary truly honors the departed.

Are your services available 24/7 in emergencies?

We do our best to be available to you at any time. We also perform wedding services so during those times we may be unavailable for an hour or two, but we will respond promptly to your needs.
